We hope you love your Matere products. However, if you wish to return items please contact us to arrange a return.

Returned products must be returned within 10 working days from the day you receive them. The products and packaging must be returned in a suitable, as-new condition for re-sale.

It is recommended to return items via recorded delivery as we are unfortunately unable to refund any products that are damaged or lost in transit. 

We will notify you via email once we have checked the item and process a full value refund (minus postage fees) within 14 working days upon receipt. We will aim to process your return as quickly as possible.
